Working with the stack: structure & relationships

The platform organizes data and processes into a three-tier hierarchy (often simply called the “stack”):

  • Systems: High-level groupings—e.g., departments, product lines, or any major “domain.”
  • Tools: Functional modules or features within a system (e.g., “Connection circle” analysis, analytics modules).
  • Elements: The granular data points or objects each tool tracks (e.g., metrics, user feedback items, or sensor readings).
